Hello Kate, Thank you for your prompt reply. Yes, the GoTo support responded yesterday and the solution worked. Downloading and installing the MSI file solved the problem https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/install-via-msi-windows

GotoWebinar refuses to start
Hi! When I try to launch a webinar, it refuses to start and displays this message: A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider. Failed to download GoToWebinar from our servers. I have an HP ZBook Laptop with Windows 10.
