One of the reasons why online meeting software appeals is being able to host /attend a meeting from anywhere so the use of 2 screens just to be able to view participants isn't feasible. Until recently a meeting organizer could view participants webcams while screen sharing using the "pop out" button on the meeting toolbar. Over the last few days this function does show cameras at the beginning of the screen share but as soon as the organizer clicks on the screen they're sharing - eg PowerPoint or document etc - the cameras are no longer seen by the organizer. This is happening to all of our employees. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening please?Solved2.3KViews0likes10Comments
