Access issue on registration URL with source tracking
Hi, Some customers face an issue that they can't access a registration URL with source tracking. The error massage is "Please try again after a while. We are currently experiencing service issues. Please register for this webinar in a few moments." It looks like it depend on compatibility between "source tracking" = addtional code on URL and security software. However, they report there is no issue on Microsoft Teams and ZOOM on same network & devices. Could you advise IT improvement plan as a solution and some workaround with source tracking.494Views0likes1Comment
