Times randomly changing on scheduled webinars
I have had instances where we have had scheduled webinar times randomly change from 10am - 12pm to 10am - 11am, why would this happen? it has happened in the past, we have been through and triple checked them and today it has happened again on a webinar we were running this morning.461Views0likes1CommentRe: Allowing to schedule webinars 18 months ahead
Hello, Is there anything in the pipeline to allow scheduling of a webinar more 12 months in advance. I have to create our training programme and schedule webinars and make them available on our website for people to book for the following year, I have to turn off email confirmations which causes problems for our members. I have had meetings about this with my directors as its a big issue for us, it could force us to move to another platform. Hello, I have noticed at the start of a webinar when the organisers are in the webinar and NOT started the broadcast delegates are now able to see the organisers screen where in the past they had a holding screen. Why has this changed?611Views0likes2CommentsRe: Broadband speed for running a webcam
Hello, Yes, all of the system requirements have been met. We also get a message at the very launch of a webinar saying the internet speed is low and it may affect the webinar, as mentioned when I do a speed test it is running at 46/47Mbps what speed is optimum ?1.1KViews0likes3CommentsBroadband speed for running a webcam
I was running a webinar from our offices, the computer was Lan connected, when we first started the webinar we had a notification saying internet speed slow may affect the webinar, we immediately did a speed test and the internet was running at 46Mbps during the webinar the webcam kept freezing, and the internet speed was still running at 46Mbps, what can I do to avoid this happening without turning the webcam off as viewers complain when the webcams are off.Solved1.1KViews0likes5Comments
