Can attendees join a webinar without registering?
Hi I am looking to host a free training event. The event will be promoted and attendees register via a separate marketing site but don't want attendees to have to register again on GoTo. Is their anyway i can produce a generic joining link for the session without have the attendees register (my plan was to email them the link in their confirmation when they register on the marketing site). It would be useful to be able to produce a cancellation report - at the moment the only way i can figure to d this is to create a registration report 2 weeks before and then regularly monitor this at intervals - this is time consuming. It was strange as we had been working in the session and using breakout rooms for awhile previous - I ended up speaking to the customer support and they believed it was a network issue. They informed me that although all attendees join using their own internet the session is 'fed' from the organiser's network so if this drops you could lose attendees.993Views1like0CommentsAttendees got disconnected from session
Whilst delivering training yesterday, all my attendees got disconnected (kicked out) of the session for no reason, other than myself and my colleague who were organiser and presenter. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Thanks1.1KViews0likes4Comments
