Call Recording
I hope this is the right area for suggestions. I would like to be able to have the ability to set up automatic call recording on specific numbers or dial plans rather than having it be an all or nothing kind of thing. We have certain areas, i.e our water billing department, that could benefit from the recordings, but other staff might not have any need for recordings, and we might have some areas where we absolutely shouldn't be recording. I'd rather not have to have the billing department have to plug in flash drives or manually hit a button to record a call, so the automatic recording would work well for them, just not for everyone.290Views0likes0Comments
