Either the video takes an incredibly long time to upload, or it doesn't upload at all. The MB count will eventually reach the end, then the screen will switch to "uploading" and the video won't actually upload. We never upload more than one video and they are well below the size limit of 4GB. I've tried renaming the file names as simply numbers, and sometimes this works, but today it didn't. I've spent all day trying to upload a video for a webinar tomorrow, and in the end it worked on a colleague's computer but it took her a very long time as well. Are there any tips or tricks that I'm missing here?? SolvedAmend email address for confirmation/reminder emails Is there a way to amend the email address that the confirmation/reminder/follow up emails are sent from in case attendees try to respond to it? The email name is the name of the account we use, but the address that they are sent from customercare@gotowebinar.com We have set up a dedicated webinar mailbox, which we use as the "Email address for replies", and would prefer to use this one in case attendees try to reply to their confirmation emails. SolvedRe: Disable Raise Hand Sorry, I'v had a play around and immediately found my answer! Disable Raise Hand Is there a way to disable the "Raise Hand" function for attendees for a webcast? As it is a webcast, the attendees will not be able to speak/contribute, so raising hands seems a bit redundant as we can't call on them, we can only use the Q&A feature. Solved
