When we log in remotely, we use the "Support" option and not the device option. We don't have a finite amount of devices that we can add to the list before contacting them so it would be easier if we were able to access scripts similar to the way the old logmein123 was set up.570Views1like0CommentsScripting for goto resolve
Is there a way to save scripts so they are available and can be used for any machine that you remote to (without saving it as a device before connection)? I can see there are options to save a list of devices that scripts can be used for but this is different to how the old logmein123 scripts were able to be used.614Views0likes2Comments
