I'm having the same problem on my Mac. I will be typing fine in Word or Outlook, then out of nowhere my keystrokes stop registering. I can click and copy/paste with my mouse, but it won't let me type anything. Logging out and back in through logmein does not solve the problem. I've found that if I hold down the control key on my Mac, it will allow me to type again, but this is an impossible way to type. I think the problem has something to do with the control key.640Views0likes1Comment
