The way it worked before was fine. If servers and terminal server weren't supported then why did the sales rep sell us on the fact that it did? It worked fine during the trial and up until this last update. I don't understand how you can have this product and not have it support servers and/or terminal servers. What do you think IT is exactly? These are beyond crucial to have for our jobs. Yes! You took the words right out of my mouth. GoToAssist was great and I hardly had any issues with it. The "features" of GoToResolve which we were sold on, dont work or are half assed and poorly implemented. If thats intended behavior that is the stupidest thing I have ever seen. We are having all kinds of problems with this latest version. Servers not connecting, randomly going offline and have to restart the service, connecting but having a black screen, RDP servers connect to user sessions instead of the server itself just to name a few!
