Hello, I cannot find this settings page anywhere. The only setting window I can access is the one in the picture. I receive the link to the webinar, and I join. I join a webinar with my webcam on GoTo Meetings, and the app uses up all of my CPU. My laptop overheats, my battery drains quickly (whether camera is on or off), and most importantly my camera freezes and I am having a very bad experience. I am missing most of my webinars due to this. I am unable to participate and I have 11 more days to go. I need a fix to this problem please. My camera is the only one that freezes. All of the other participants are fine. At the beginning I thought it was an internet connection issue, but I checked and it is fine. This happens only with GoTo Meetings. I am having this issue with my MacBook Air M2. I join a video webinar and GoToMeetings uses up all of my CPU. My camera freezes and I am having a very bad experience I am messing most of my webinars due to this. Please help if possible.82Views0likes5Comments
