Found a pretty sweet program that can be run via command line to download and install Windows Updates. The Free Version does just that but the Pro version gives you a lot more control if you want to match certain REGEX expressions, auto-accept EULAs, etc. http://wuinstall.com/ You can even use the free version for unlimited commercial use.
