Can LMI Antivirus delete the body of imap outbound Outlook365 email text?
Outbound emails, with scanned attachments, are having the text body disappear after sending. After clicking Send, the text does not show up in Sent email, nor recipients received email. This behavior started about when LMI AntiVirus was added to longtime LMI client Win10Pro computer. It is frequent but can not be reproduced on demand. Microsoft Office365 quick and long repair have been done. And Outlook data file has been scanned. Client has two email accounts but the problem happenins for both email accounts. One with A1 (Domain Host) and one with AOL. LMI says no virus nor malware. Client replaced HP with Brother printer/scanner. Hard drive is SSD and computer is about 18 months old Dell XPS desktop. Have run SFC on Win10Pro. All fixes, no joy. Anyone with a similar experience and /or hopefully a solution? Thanks, Al691Views0likes0Comments
