When I opened this thread I genuinely believed that it would be fairly simple to implement given that the telemetry data is available, but alas not! Like you and other users I know, the Windows 10 version and variant is important to them, but given that Windows 10 was released 5 years ago there has not been any development from LogMeIn to suggest this is even being considered, let alone incorporated into LogMeIn Central... HiAshC, I see from your screen grab that the image you are using is from the Dashboard of an individual computer (which works fine my end). However, my original query was in relation to the LogMeIn Central dashboard where the list of computers are displayed, the sole purpose being to avoid having to access the PC's individually in favour of a centralised point where a summary of the OS could be displayed for all PC's within the user profile. Hi AshC, Firstly thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I cannot see the operating system build version listed anywhere, the nearest I get to seeing Windows listed is in the Reports>Inventory screen, however this lists the Windows edition, e.g. Windows 10 Pro, but not the build number. Is there a way of displaying the detailed Windows OS version AND build information in LogMeIn Central? As there have been, multiple versions of Windows 10 released it would allow us to identify which need attention to install the latest version on an ongoing basis.11KViews1like51Comments
