Re: Problems with LogMeIn Client
Recently I can not access the notes for any of the PCs in my account in the Client app on my PC or on my phone. I can still access them through the web portal in Central. If you hit the Info button on the App (on PC) for a computer it comes up with an error sayinig "Your session may have timed out or you are offline. Please try again later." while it says Loading.. in the Note field. If you hit the info button on the App on Android is comes up with the error "Unable to retrieve the note for this computer" Then if you try to create a note for that computer is says it could not save the note. So it seems the clients have broken their link to the Notes in the database.3.6KViews0likes0Comments
