Impossible to change AV Criteria or add new Criteria - URGENT !
We are unable from 2 weeks to change, add or completly delete Criteria of Logmein AV. When we try to change any settings all dialox box not working. Also if we try to add a new criteria we cannot set new option. Support no reply to phone. HELP, now we are forced to uninstall AV703Views0likes1CommentRestore file Deleted by Logmein AV
Good morning, I don't know how to recover a file that LmiAV has deleted. Often some files or paths are identified as viruses, so I put the exclusions but in the meantime the file has been deleted as in the image below. how can i recover the deleted file? Thanks AshC but when you think is available this function? Is very important for some SSL site and intranet site, you switch us from a very complete AV same as Kaspersky to have an AV without some basic functionally. I cannot procede in over 100 client pending installation and i was forced tu uninstall LMIAV after first installation for those limitation. Thanks10KViews0likes0Comments
