So apparently the password protection layer added in logmein is account specific, which is here admin account. This is not a good way of thinking. This password protection layer is supposed to protect the host globally from outsiders that would have credentials to any accounts on the host and not this added protection layer. The simple demonstration of that would be, I'm connecting with the credentials of a user account on the host, it bypass the added protection layer, then from inside the user account, I can run a python script or anything like that to actually guess the admin password and that's it. Then I can actually do whatever I want through the user account with admin privileges. Then what would be the purpose of an added protection layer. logmein pro webapp and browser compatibility Hi, according to that every browser should be compatible :https://community.logmein.com/t5/LogMeIn-Pro-Discussions/What-browser-to-use-when-running-Logmein-Pro/m-p/212029 Well yes and no. Maybe on windows they are all compatible but I've tried brave and firefox on fedora 33 and 34 and this is not compatible. You see the image for sure, but to actually react with the environment like right click or enter a text you need help from the toolbar or from someone on the computer itself(in the case of right clicking. So it would be nice that you put in place i nyour lab an exhaustive environment test bench to actually try also on linux(which a lot of dev and IT are using because more stable than everything else) and see which browser are able to handle your remote control webapp and maybe put some guidelines to configure the browser properly if it needs webrtc or things like that. graphic problem with logmein pro Hi, first I wanted to say that's it's sad that you've stopped mail technical support. I don't see how not giving people to mail you in place of calling you, especially when maybe it's not an urgent matter will resolve your amount of calls. My main problem for now, is that I4ve recently place a second monitor to one of my hosts and the screen wakes up (not the computer, I don't put pc in sleep mode, so I'm jsut talking about screens here) and I logged in into my session, all the windows are centered on only one screen. I really think it's a problem with logmein graphic driver that re-organize the windows in case of multiple monitor. Can e have an update of the graphic driver to avoid this kind of behavior please? Or is it an option anywhere ?
