I can access the Dashboard, Command Prompt, File Manager, but cannot use Remote Control feature from client app or web. I get the login screen, which runs through its process of verification and authentication, and the disconnects the session. Another remote control client is connected from 165.225.38.128. My users is a domain admin and have full rights to both PCs in question. There are 14 other devices at this site that do not share this issue. I was able to connect to both computers up until a few months ago. I have reinstalled the application on the desktops as well trying to update the app, which is up to date. Any assistance would be appreciated. While I am able to access these PCs using RDP, it doesn't allow for interactive troubleshooting with the users.
