Option to not mute remote computer when logging on with Central
When logging on to a remote computer with Logmein Central, Logmein automatically mutes the remote computer. This should be an option in the Logmein Client/Central: "Mute remote client when logging on: true/false". The automatic muting as it functions now is causing a lot of issues.
Remote sound support for Mac M1 and M2 computers
I have been to customer service, but they actually couldn't help, so I'm posting it here. Developers, I am paying 1000 euro a year for a system that worked fine on Intel chips and now we upgraded some computers it doesn't work??!!... Not really acceptable. Hi, We would like to see the option to bulk deploy the host to mac with the Deployment package we create as it currently exists for Windows devices. Right now we are only able to push the default host app to macs and it always ends up with the Client app installed. Also the devices end up in the default group with no Host preference package. This would be extremely useful. Thanks!
