Remote execution to respond on an alert or equivalnet
is there an option for Remote execution to respond to an alert or equivalent . for example if a particular software stops responding in the “background process” task manager can then remotely execute i.e. a PowerShell command etc in order to get the process running again. Without having to manually run this from my side
Zero Trust and Remote Execution
Running into issues with ZT and remote execution of some daily scripts on all of the workstations. I receive an "Invalid Signature Key" error, and the script fails to run. It is one of the pre-made scripts in the script library. Now if I run it manually, it runs just fine, but on a schedule, it just fails. It would be nice if I had the ability to delete and/or modify remote execution tasks. Currently I cannot do that, so if I make a mistake and need to continue to smooth out the task, there is no way to do that without creating a new one. Eles gostariam que o LogMeIn Antivírus pudesse ser desinstalado remotamente pelo painel web do Central, da mesma forma que a instalação do antivírus é feita. A solicitação se dá devido a um problema enfrentado por eles onde o antivírus passou a consumir 99% do CPU de computadores windows server 2012 após uma atualização do windows e não é possível acessar remotamente o computador para parar o antivírus e nem estabilizar o nível de processamento da maquina pausando o antivírus pelo painel web do Central, como se tratam de servidores cloud o cenário se complica ainda mais, pois sem conseguir acessar remoto e por não haver a possibilidade de acessar localmente para desinstalar o Antivírus ele está com a maquina travada em 99% de uso de CPU, nada que ele faça resolve A desinstalação remota do antivírus seria um recurso perfeito para salvar os clientes nesses casos. Lost Connection to device (Windows 10 device)
I have a computer that randomly lost its connection that I had in a group on GoToResolve for updating and doing patches (not RemoteSupport). No matter how many times I restarted the computer it wouldn't show it was online on GoToResolve's side. I confirmed the computer was online and connected to the network. On GoToResolve it only said it was Offline and on the "offline" computer on the taskbar where the purple box is for GoToResolve it said offline, however in Services on the computer it said GoToResolve was running so it's for sure showing on the computer just not connecting. I was able to reinstall the agent onto the computer and it showed online afterwards, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue because at my work we have a lot of computer labs and I would hate to have to reinstall agents a lot just to see computers in GoToResolve.
