Resolve RMM - Cloud Monitors
Hello, a crucial feature of an RMM platform is the ability to create cloud monitors. This is an absolute must for an MSP to monitor the WAN connectivity at client sites. This feature is completely missing in the RMM platform, making it a deal breaker for us, and I would assume all MSPs. Please add cloud monitoring to the platform. So that we can ping the WAN IPs of our client sites from the RMM cloud environment, so we know when a site's internet connection has failed. The monitor should be configurable to run a ping check every x seconds or minutes. It should then relay failed results to ticketing systems via email, have an option to notify via SMS, etc. It should also have the ability to continue monitoring the connection once it has failed and then alert again when the connection is restored. Will GoTo ever have the option to either schedule tasks to run when devices come online or allow tasks such as scripts/software installs to be triggered by an alert showing the device is online.....at the minute the scheduling is pretty pointless for us as we cannot guarantee when devices are all going to be on at a specific time, our current RMM allows us to do thousands more things than GoTo can but is too expensive so we have to phase it out by next year as a cost saving measure.726Views1like3Comments
