Safari support needed for GoToWebinar Webcasts - join in browser
I've been told by GoTo support staff that live webinars are no longer supported while using Safari. This is happening since the recent update on Aug 7, 2025. The developers need to update the GoTo Webinar software to support Mac computer users. I have been using GoTo for several years without this being a problem on Mac computers, so for the developers to just drop support for one of the primary web browsers is simply ridiculous.
Allow Organizers to control which webcams attendees see
Hi Glenn, I would like an ability to turn on/off webcams. Specifically, I suggest to add a feature to manually change the speaker cameras that attendees view. There should be a way for organizers to have the option to push the webcam view to the attendees to see only the active speaker view or a gallery view or select speakers. In the classic version, I can simulate this by manually turning cameras off and on (which sends the speaker a request to activate their camera).
Advanced camera settings to individually adjust brightness, redness etc.
We'd like to make advanced adjustments for camera settings and change the brightness & redness in the video from individual speakers as we prepare for our webinar. We used this feature in the classic GoTo experience but can't find the advanced preferences in the new dashboard. I got the reply from GoTo, that the advanced camera settings are not yet available in the new GoTo experience but only in the classic version of GoTo. Even if the camera was optimized in general in the new experience, it's still very useful to make some advanced camera adjustments in the settings according to the current light atmosphere. Please release this feature in the new GoTo experience, thank you.
