Allow Grasshopper to be the default Calling and Messaging app in iOS and macOS
Please update the Grasshopper apps for iOS and macOS to allow them to be set as the default calling and/or messaging app (app used to open tel: and sms: URLs). In iOS, the default calling and messaging apps are configured in Settings > Apps > Default Apps but Grasshopper is not shown as an option. In macOS, the default calling app is configured in FaceTime > Settings… > General > Default for calls, but Grasshopper is not shown as an option. There is not yet a location in macOS to set the default messaging app, but you can use third-party apps such as SwiftDefaultApps to configure which app is used to open sms: URLs. I know currently we cannot leave messages when our away message is activated, I would like to be able to turn this feature on. This way after hours our customers can leave a message without waiting for a transfer then waiting on hold for 5 seconds then get a random message then leave a message. Thanks, Brian16Views0likes0CommentsDisable option to leave a message when...
Hi, We are preparing a plan in case we have a large amount of phone calls where: - We transfer the phone number directly to Extension 0 - It rings the various phone numbers we have listed, indefinitely I want to select “Before being forwarded, let the caller hear: your transfer greeting”. I tested it and it works fine, but then an automatic voice says people can leave a voicemail by pressing STAR. Is there a way to disable the option for people to leave a voicemail when we transfer the call directly to an extension? Thank you.78Views0likes2Comments
