Can't log into Gotomypc as admin, error ID -17,890,347
Tried in Chrome. Tried in Chrome with HTTPS Anywhere add-in disabled. Tried in Edge. Same error message each time: Error ID: -17,890,347. What is going on and why can't I get in. Edited to add: contacted another admin within my organization and asked him to try from his home PC. He confirms that he can log into Gotomypc as a user, but when he tries to log in as admin, he gets the same error ID: -17,890,347.

All my users are seeing 'upgrade' and can't get in
My org's users are all seeing 'upgrade' next to their machines when they log into gotomypc.com. in the past our machines have downloaded upgrades automatically. Back in the last week of June I had to contact Gotomypc support because virtually all our systems had been rolled back to version 11 and were saying 'latest version is installed' when we checked for updates. The tech I spoke to seemed to think we must have asked to be rolled back to an old version of the software, despite explaining that no one had requested this. She manually set something on our account and within minutes our users saw 'upgrade' in the portal next to their machines. We are seeing this now but no one has spoken to a Goto tech and no one remote is able to log in without somebody physically at our office rebooting their pcs first. Whatever the tech did to our account is not helpful and has severely disrupted our business flow and user experience.

Multiple users having Gotomypc lag and two users kicked off/can't get backed in
Since 3 PM eastern multiple users connecting to my company's Boston office from home have reported severe Gotomypc lag in their connections. Two users have lost connectivity and haven't been able to reconnect. Is anyone else seeing this?

keystrokes triggering remote windows events
Host Computer: Mac running MACOS Monterey 12.0.1 Remote Computer: Windows 10 I get connected just fine and things work as expected and then something happens where keyboard input doesn't actually enter letters or numbers into the active application, but kets trapped by the Windows OS and starts throwing up windows and triggering OS navigation events. Mouse and cursor movement continues to work as designed. It feels like I've tripped a keyboard modifier key to signal the OS to capture the keystrokes, but I don't know how to get out of this mode short of disconnecting and reconnecting. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

GoToMyPC Command Line Install Options
I operate and install GoToMyPC weekly on machines in our environment. Since v3601's release I am no longer able to install and register via Command Line For example, this used to install and register GoToMyPC with the specified account: "gosetup.exe $GTMUser@Email.com $GTMPassword $GTMAccessCode -s -a -s" Have the command switches been disabled or removed from the latest installer? Gotomypc update leaves us unable to connect
Since sometime late last week, multiple users at my organization have reported their machines either showing up as offline in the Gotomypc connect window or as visibly online but refusing to allow an actual connection. The problem is resolved by an admin RDP'ing into the affected machine and restarting the Gotomypc service. This happened to at least four people on Friday and so far this morning there have been three, perhaps four, more. One user checked his event logs on Friday and found an installer event that indicated Gotomypc had attempted to update and then appeared to no longer have an agent present on the system. When he rebooted his PC, Gotomypc came back and connected successfully. How do we fix this and/or prevent it from happening again?

Issue with 2 physical host PC displays showing as 4 in windows 10
Currently we have 2 users that suddenly have 4 displays in display manager, they should only have 2, and it will no longer allow them to extend the displays across the 2 monitors. Reboot does not solve the issue. Has any one else had this issue? How do you recommend we remediate. Thank you!

Host pc windows login frezes
Hi, I can get as far as the Host PC screen but I am unable to open the login page. Screen freezes far a bit then reboots with the mouse controls rules. This happens from both android and window devices. I can get access if I leave my PC unlocked. Not optimal. Gotomypc ver: 2022.8.3585 Status: Ready Service: Not running as a service PC: Windows 10 Pro Any help out there?

Ctrl key and or Command key pressed down
I use GoToMyPC to connect to two PCs and a Mac (from a Mac) Occasionally, the remote machines will behave as if the Ctrl key or the Command key, respectively are pressed down. If I disconnect and reconnect, it rights itself.

MS Word VBA Error
We have some Users utilizing GoToMyPC for remote work but some MS Word Macros are producing the Error number4605 "This method or property is not available because a document window is not active" when attempting to Insert a File using either the InsertFile function or Copy and Paste functions. I find it very strange that this Error only occurs for Users using GoToMyPC since it's function should only be happening on the remote desktop and the Document Window should not be losing Activity. Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on?
