Logitech Spotlight presentation remote
I have encountered an issue using a Logitech Spotlight presentation remote. I have been using this remote with GoToMeeting for several years. I am now using GoToTraining and when I start the software to use the highlight features, both GoToTraining and GoToMeeting crash. I am using both the training and meeting webapp rather than the desktop software. For the logitech software, I am at the latest version 1.1.32/1.60.33. Has anyone else had similar issues when using a similar device?Solved3.1KViews0likes9CommentsAttendees not appearing on post-training report
The post-training attendee report did not represent the actual number of people who attended the session. We do not know if people dialed in from a mobile device. One thing we want to know is if somehow sharing a registration link or session link across multiple users will show up only as one attendee.?.?. We asked our clients to all register individually but we are wondering if they somehow shared a single person's login and therefore the session did not identify all the individuals.?.?.Solved1.7KViews0likes3CommentsGoTo App changes to keyboard permissions
1. Is there a way to gain control of the attendee’s mouse and keyboard like before? In the help files we found an article on Remote Control, explaining how to give attendees control of the trainer's screen, but for most of our training we need it to be the other way around. Our trainers take control of the attendees computer to show them how to use the software. We’ve tried making the attendee the presenter but that doesn’t always work. In one case, they didn’t seem to have the option to give their trainer control. But just in general, walking the attendee through the process takes away from training time. Is there a way to get functionality back? Random Technical Issues 2.We’ve had two instances where the Organizer has been booted out of the meeting for no reason. One occurrence the meeting just shut down and it booted everyone out. They did manage to get it up and running again, but it did cause a panic. For the other occurrence the Organizer lost audio mid-session and had to re-join the meeting in order for it to work again.Solved1KViews0likes2CommentsAttendees don't get confirmation mail
Hey guys, In the last time there were some attendees who didn't get the confirmation mail although their emails were right. After sending the confirmation email again they didn't get it again. Even in the junk or spam folder wasn't the confirmation mail. What can be the problem and what can I do that the attendees get the confirmation? Thank you for your help in advance :)Solved3.2KViews1like8CommentsGTT .ics calendar files will not open
Our training team has been receiving customer attendee feed and personally experiencing a situation where "Add to Calendar" .ics files will sometimes not open and cannot be saved to their MS Outlook calendars. Our organizers are scheduling these directly from the GTT website (not using the MS Outlook plug-in) and using the latest Chrome, IE and Edge browsers. All are using the desktop version of MS Office 365. Additionally, this appear to happen randomly (some GTT events are not having this issues whereas others are). Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions to resolve?Solved3.4KViews0likes7CommentsParticipants not being place in breakout rooms
I had a participant drop during a session when we were using breakout rooms. When she rejoined she was not placed in a breakout room but was in the main room with me? Is this expected? I have a client who is unable to access Gdrive folders/docs due to their internal security. Does this mean I can't share a GDrive document for a shared activity or a breakout group? It seems that way but I want to make sure this isn't some setting on my end.Solved1.4KViews0likes1Comment
