Enable background moderation of Q&A during webinars
At the end of each webinar, I usually go through the questions submitted by attendees. Sometimes, this can be up to hundreds of questions. To make this process more efficient and professional, it should be possible for a colleague to moderate the Q&A in the background during the webinar. This person would: Remove duplicate questions Group questions that cover the same topic Prioritise the most relevant ones As a result, I — as the moderator — would only see the final, cleaned-up list of unique and relevant questions to address live.Adding customised pre-populated answers for common questions from viewers
During a GoTo webinar, there are pre-suggested answers by GoTo to questions submitted from viewers during the webinar. Would it be possible to add our own customised pre-populated answers in advance of the webinar for common questions?.21Views0likes2CommentsQ&A management - delete questions for all organizers and not only for them
With a large number of participants, the number of questions received can become very high. It would be great if the organizers could delete questions for all organizers and not only for them, as well as add the option to make some questions visible to the participants.Add engagement scores to objects returned by one of the GoTo Webinar API endpoints
Hello, We leverage the GoTo Webinar API to run a lot of processes that rely on webinar attendance and interactions. We also would love to start using the engagement scores that are currently downloadable via the dashboard. We would love for these scores to be available via any of the endpoints of the Session Attendees API. It would be nice if the engagement score was available as an attribute of an attendee whenever we query the session attendees endpoint. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions, or some some clarification as to our use case for this attribute. Best, Abdou29Views0likes1CommentAllow Panelist(s) to See All Questions
Not so much a question as a feature request. (I thought we had a category for that.) Please add the ability for an organizer to allow a specific panelist (or all panelists) to view ALL questions. Currently, must promote them to Organizer, which gives them the power to END the meeting. I always warn them when it's necessary to do this. I point out Exit Webinar vs End Webinar should they need to withdraw from the session. It has still happened by accident. It also gives them too many other powers, like ability to dismiss people. Mostly it works out okay, until the curious "organizer" starts clicking on options!28KViews15likes63CommentsOrder the hand raise icon/emoticon in GoTo Training and Webinar
The hand raise icon/emoticon in GoTo Training and Webinar should be an ordered response so the facilitator can tell who raised their hand first, second, etc. This gives the facilitator the ability to incorporate some competition-based Q&A. The facilitator can also tie in rewards/incentives into their activities to further foster excitement and participation among the participants and change up the pace from time to time. At the very least, this option will enable facilitators to know the order in which to respond to questions.4KViews2likes9Comments
