Is it possible to enable Call Me when starting a meeting from my Personal Meeting Room link?
I think I finally figured out why Call Me hasn't been appearing as an option for some of our meeting organizers… If an organizer starts a meeting from their Personal Meeting Room link (GoToMeet.me) by choosing the "Join My Meeting" button, the Call Me feature isn't available to them. However, if an organizer starts a meeting from their GoToMeeting Hub (via the "Meet Now" or "Start" button), or uses a GoToMeeting link with a specific meeting ID then the Call Me feature appears. Is this expected behavior? If so, it would be great if the Personal Meeting Room link could also make the Call Me feature available to an organizer because Personal Meeting Rooom links are easy to remember and share. Hi there! New user here. In the video recordings, it shows all participants. I'm hoping to "lock" the video recording so that it only shows whoever is speaking. Is there a function in the settings that would enable me to do that? For context we are using gotomeetings (not any of their other platforms). We have folks in the calls that don't wish to be recorded and I need to know if there is a way to opt them out beyond just telling them to not use their video function. When will the GoTo App allow attendees to breakout webcams and other windows?
Attendees need to be able to separate cameras/chat, etc.... When will this feature be imported into the new version of Goto? Until then we HAVE to keep using the old version because we use Gotomeeting on multimonitor setups and being able to separate the Cameras, the Chat Window, etc... is KEY feature that we cannot give up.Solved2KViews0likes5Comments

Is there a way to have GoToMeeting show a graphic or photo if I'm unable or unwilling to show a live video of myself. Can't find the Preferences option in GoToMeeting.
