Customize Go to Stage Registration form
Hi, since we would ultimately use g2Stage recordings as a lead capture source, we'd like to be able to implement the same custom fields for registration as is possible on GoToWebinar. Currently Go to Stage only allows Name & Email fields.7.5KViews7likes15CommentsEmbed GoToWebinar Registration Forms
Please add the ability to embed GoToWebinar's registration forms onto websites. I want to add a webinar's registration form onto our website so that all of our marketing materials point users to our website (not an independent registration form that is separate from our website). A huge component of doing webinars is either for marketing or client retention purposes - so, businesses want to drive users to their own website to further promote the product/service. Having the ability to embed the registration directly onto the business website would be a natural offering. Further to this extent, being able to toggle on/off different components of the registration form (like the title and promo text, logo, etc) would be helpful depending on what information/layouts businesses already have on their pages to promote the webinar would be even more helpful, essentially allowing it just to be the form part of the registration, allowing businesses to brand and market the webinar using their own layout and formatting. Thank you for your consideration!133Views1like1CommentGender inquiry when registering for a webinar
Hello, it would be very good if I could ask for the gender directly when registering people, and right at the beginning when the surname and first name have to be entered. This would make it easier to follow up, as you could then automatically address the registered person with the correct gender (which becomes more and more important in Germany). The option of doing this via a custom question at the end of the registration process is not very useful, as it is spatially separated from the surname/first name. Please consider incorporating this into your registration form. Thank you very much! Best regards Erhard Krampe337Views1like2CommentsMore options to personalize branding and CI
It would be fantastic if we would get more branding options. Especially changing the font, font color and button shape. We want the Registration pages to have the same look & feel as all of our other pages. Otherwise it just does not look professional. We have a CSS stylesheet in place and would also be happy to provide other template forms if needed. It is an urgent request from our side that we would also be willing to pay for.780Views1like3CommentsIncrease picklist size on custom registration questions
Hey GoTo. Enterprise user here for the past 3 years. We’ve been waiting for this update since we first came onboard with you guys and we’ve frequently been told that your tech team will apply this small change, and nothing seems to happen…. Please help! It’s regarding the picklist length of custom registration questions, which is currently set to a maximum of 20 custom options. As a prominent UK university, we run a lot of webinars for prospective students. As part of our data collection, a key thing for us is to know what a student’s primary subject area of interest is, so that we can tailor our messaging about courses to students as part of our communications plans in the future. Crucially, we have over 50 subject areas that students can choose from, which are imminently due to increase. With a limit of 20 custom options on your current custom fields… we’ve had to create silly workaround whereby we ask the same questions 3 times, with an alphabetised subject list. Here’s an example registration page for reference: https://register.gotowebinar.com/register/242056814405010016 This means our forms are longer and more off-putting, which subsequently hurts our conversion rates. Such a simple fix: increase the custom options for drop down picklists. Why is there even a limit? I hope you agree that it’s a super quick win. Keen to know your thoughts. When you schedule a standard webinar with GOtoWebinar, there is an option to send emails. You can choose 'Confirmation e-mail', 'Reminder e-mail' and 'Follow-up e-mail' . You can edit the text in these emails, but the calendar integration link is automatically added. The problem is, that in the 'Confirmation e-mail', theadd to calendarlink is referring to a Microsoft Outlook mailbox (or maybe the standard e-mail program that the participant has selected ?). Since I use browser apps for my e-mail (a lot of people do!) I did not set-up a standard email program. This is a blocker, and I can't open the link nor add the Webinar in my calendar.... In your Reminder e-mail, there are three links: AddtoCalendar: Outlook®Calendar|Google Calendar™|iCal® This makes it easier to add the webinar to the calendar. We use webinar for lead-generation, so with these missing 'ad to calendar' links in the first confirmation page, we miss leads. Is it possible to use the same 'Add to Calendar' links for the Reminder e-mails? Tnx for your reply952Views1like1CommentApprove/Deny Registration on GoToStage
I think it would be a really good idea to have the same approve/deny controls over who registers to watch videos on a Private GoToStage channel that we have over who can attend the live webinar itself. As it stands, the "private" channel really isn't all that private, as anyone could just share the link with whoever they want and then anyone can register. If a competitor got ahold of the link from maybe a potential customer who is weighing their options, there's nothing stopping them from just registering and watching the video and taking confidential information. We'd like to ideally be able to share the link rather openly and loudly to increase visibility but then screen the registrants so that we can control who actually views the content. This lack of control over who can access the "private" channel kind of renders the whole concept useless, no? Unless I am misunderstanding some aspect that would give me greater control over who can and cannot see the videos.3.1KViews1like7Comments
