Hi @m72, I see that our support team emailed you on January 8th to confirm some details but they never received a reply, so eventually the ticket was closed. The email would have come from gtcbilling@goto.com, I will ask that it be sent to you again.

thank you for the message. I also checked the "spam" folder, but I didn't find any email from this address 😞

Just to make sure, was it sent to the address "@volny.cz"?

@m72 No apology needed, emails get filtered out sometimes. A new ticket was created and Support will be reaching out (they may have already).
