Sheldon_L You shouldn't need to do anything on your side and you're running the latest version. If you try it again and get an error please note down the details and share them here.

Thanks for this info. Indeed, I saw the remote printer option appear on one of my unattended clients this morning, but it returned an error when I tried to use it.
Do I need to update, repair or uninstall/reinstall my "Desktop Console" software or change any settings in order for my side to work? My account details indicate that I am running version 1.13.1.27.

Hi Sheldon_L, welcome to the community.
These are the requirements for the new printing feature:
- LogMeIn Resolve is running on a Windows 10 or later operating system
- You have an active remote control session
- LogMeIn Resolve is installed on the end-user's device
Updates are automatic and the software checks for a new version at start up, so you shouldn't need to do anything.

I'm excited to see that Remote Printing is now live, but how do you use it? I noticed it on one of my client machines where I was working on a printing issue. It only seems to appear with attended sessions that include downloading the latest version. Is there a way to update my software (if needed) and the devices I have with unattended access so that remote printing works?
