Now that 2024 has come to a close, we're reflecting on a year of growth and innovation at GoTo Resolve. From the launch of our AI assistant, GoPilot, to expanded integrations and advanced device management, we launched over 50 new features and enhancements in 2024. Here are some of the latest improvements rolled out because of your feedback.

Remote Monitoring & Management

Upload 2 GB attachment to scripts

MSI and other attached exe files tend to be higher than 1GB when someone mass executes an execution command that launches the exe file via Remote Execution. We increased it to 2GBs.

OS patch installation statuses

You can now see the different life-cycle stages of a patch. E.g. scheduled, installing or waiting for reboot.

Antivirus alert

Receive an alert if a red threat was identified, if a device requires scanning or the antivirus definition is not up to date.

Device Management & Enrollment

Public API for device details

The ability to be able to pull Device list and related data to external databases.

Force install a device

Using the CLI customers can Force install the unattended client on a device to make sure it is installed, and nothing blocks it.

Security

Enforce Zero Trust on each sensitive task

Admins can set to enforce Zero Trust to all sensitive tasks so that member users can overwrite the Zero Trust popup frequency.
