When Client is on Unattended- how can remote tech be forced to authenticate to client windows?
As above- it would be more secure, if when a remote user connects to an unattended session- if the remote windows would force authentication. is there a way?
Hi Coyotedgtl, welcome to the community.
When Unattended Support is setup using GoToAssist Remote Support v5 there is an option to save the user's Windows credentials, if that option is used the technician is automatically signed in when they connect. This option can always be disabled on the Client computer by right clicking the GTARS icon located in the system tray and selecting Revoke autologin credentials.
