Change the counter the numbering of incidents/problems/etc starts at
A new global setting, where I can specify what number the tickets (incidents/problems/etc) start at. For example, instead of B#506 I have that ability start at B#30001.

You can't specify this within the interface, as we feel this isn't a setting that would be changed often, or used by many people.
But if you send an email to support@gotoassist.com asking to set the counter on your Service Desk account to a high number, they'll collect the information they need from you, and someone should hopefully be able to make the change.
