Service Catalog?
Hello,
Are there any plans to let you create a Service Catalog in the end user portal, like: https://itservices.stanford.edu/ ?
We'd like to use the product for more than just ad-hoc incidents but we don't see any way to do that without messing around with the API and building a bunch of custom internal web-pages, since you can't really customize the portal (that I know of).
Just being able to make incident templates visible in the portal somehow might be a nice stop-gap measure.

Have you started working on the Service Catalog yet? - Bcshay12 years agoActive ContributorIt's almost Q4. Service Catalog pretty please!!!!!! The OGC would love to see your iteration.
