"Chat Log" temp files

Good morning,

 

I am working with an end user who either failed to save a chat log or had an issue with saving a chat log from a particular meeting, therefore the Chat Log in question is not saved in Documents. I am wondering if there is a temporary file location for chat logs that I can dig into, since our backup solution indexes the appdata folder every 20 minutes.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi jcosta ,

    I'm afraid there is no backup of the chat log if it wasn't saved by any participants during the GoToMeeting broadcast.
