Screenshare works but keyboard and mouse don't
Every single gotomeeting we have tried to use since Friday Sept 27th we have not been able to take control of the customer's PC. We can see the screen but not take control. We have tested in house and on Win 11 on both side and have the same issue. Can we get some support as to why and when a patch can be made available. I suspect we cannot be the only ones with this issue since the forced update.
But any assistance would be great.
