How to make a really useful product not so.
Whatever happened to the good old GoToMeeting and Webinar? Easy to use, intuitive. Now there are so many "upgrades" with no usability. I set up a webinar a few weeks ago (we do weekly ones) and had been advertising to folks, but now I can't log-in to do a simple status check. The old icon doesn't work? Come on, let's return to basic functionality.
