Wbinar by phone calls. No PRESENCE in the final report.

Hi all,

I report the problem that at the end of the webinar session, the attendance report is generated.

Anyone who uses the phone call instead of the web connection isn't put in the PARTICIPANTS LIST.

Why this? It generates problems later in the face of providing a certificate. How can this bug be solved? The access code generated is associated with the registration name, therefore it should be unique for the user who participates. Thank you in advice for suggest.  If need screens, wave also those.

    If an attendee is only dialing in by telephone and not connecting to the webinar via our desktop software, browser app, or mobile app, their attendance will not be recognized by GoToWebinar. All attendees dial into the same conference bridge and enter the same access code, so they can't be told apart. 

    If you are assigning certificates, we suggest you inform your registrants to join the webinar using the GTW software to be officially recognized as attending. Viewing the webinar through the GTW software is required for attendance to be tracked.
