Plans for Virtual Event Updates?

Any news on whether or not there will be updates and/or enhancements made to the virtual event feature? We used it last year for a couple of multi-day events. There are two significant issues that will prevent us from using it again this year if they are not resolved.

  1. The inability to edit and/or delete the email templates.
  2. The fact that registrants aren't able to join a session until the scheduled start time.

Loved the rest of the functionality but these were definitely hiccups for us.

    Please do allow the capability to edit the Emails, both message and timing.

    Hi AnnMarieS welcome to the GoTo Community. Thanks for your feedback.  Email customization is on the roadmap, so there should be updates this year, we will be sure to let the Community know. I do encourage you to view our idea section where you can vote, comment, or suggest a new idea. This idea requests customized email enhancement. You can also suggest that registrants be able to join before a webinar starts. Thanks again for sharing here!
