Polls in GoTo Webinars new App

Just checking with the community about Polls in the new app running a GoToWebinar.
We recently ran a webinar with some of our students but in the recorded video the polls and results were not recorded only the voice of the presenter describing the launch of poll and then describing the results. The live audience saw the poll and results. We very much rely on this to show the lecture later for students that could not attend, this has never happened in the "Classic" and we have been doing this for years.
Has anyone also had this problem?

Unfortunately, yes. While we wait for Apple to address the Sonoma issue, perhaps you could switch back to Classic GoToWebinar and source a different computer to host from, or have a co-worker host the webinar.
So virtually I am stuck not being able to use the full capacity of GoToWebinar as I was in the past:
1) I cannot use the classic version as I have Mac Sonoma
2) The new app is yet still to integrate features that were available in the classic but are working on it, with no timeline/roadmap

"Some features like including Polls in the webinar recording are not yet supported", what are the other features not supported? Can you send a link with the list?
Could you supply that information please, I need to brief the team before the year of lectures start.

SteveI see, yes that that does complicate things. My understanding is we are waiting for Apple to address the Sonoma related issues that affect Presenters. There is a section in the FAQs at the bottom of this page that list the current unsupported features. I am checking with the team to see when this might be added to the new version, but I most likely will not have an answer until next week.

There's the conundrum, we were advised by the GoTo team to go to the new app as the classic version of GoToWebinar does not support Mac Sonoma , if you go back over the case history you will see the problems we had.

Hi SteveRAB, welcome to the community.
Some features like including Polls in the webinar recording are not yet supported in the new GoToWebinar, and will be added in a future update. Given your use case you may want to switch back to Classic GoToWebinar for now. You can do this in the Settings area of your account.
