Removing Join Link from Confirmation Email with Manual Approval
I’m hosting a webinar series where attendees need to be verified before gaining access. To manage this, I’ve enabled the manual approval setting, which has been really helpful. However, I’m running into an issue with the confirmation email.
I’d like to send a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of their registration—but without including the webinar join link since they need to be verified first. Is there a way to remove the "how to join the webinar" section from the confirmation email? Maybe a checkbox or setting that allows me to adjust this?
I’d appreciate any guidance or clarification on this!
Thanks,
Amelia

Hi Amelia_TG25, welcome to the community.
With Manual Approval there is a message displayed to show the registration was received and that they will be notified if by email if it is approved or denied. The confirmation email is only sent when the registration is approved by the organizer, so it must include the join link and instructions.
We limit the type and number of emails you can send from GoTo Webinar to prevent abuse that could result in all GoTo Webinar customers emails being blocked, but you could copy the email addresses from your Dashboard and send something from your own email account.
