Timezone changes when adding to calendar

I'm having problems with the timezone changing when adding an event to my calendar.

 

I am set in CEST and my computer is set to timezone CEST. When I create an event, the event is also set in CEST. My account is also set to CEST.  All possible settings are set to CEST.

When recieving the confirmation e-mail, and you try to add the event to the calendar, it automatically changes the timezone to GMT-7 in LA-time. You have to manually change the timezone back to CEST in order for it to show it correctly, but this is not viable.

We have tested it on various computers, which are also all set in CEST, and it still changes the time zone.

 

 Can anyone advise me on how to fix this?

    Can you tell me which calendar you're currently using with these events so we can check for any known issues?
