Feature Request - Auto Refresh Helpdesk
It would be nice to have the tickets refresh on their own in the desktop console when I new ticket comes instead of clicking on the refresh link if you happen to catch it. Otherwise you'd have to click out of Helpdesk and back in to refresh.

We are planning on adding this improvement in the future, but we don't have a planned release date yet.
