GoToResolve Unattended Updates
What is recommended way to ensure all unattended access devices are running the latest version of GTR? Huge problem we had with GoTo Assist would be older versions not uninstalling before new versions installed.

GTRe unattended endpoints have auto-update function meaning that it checks daily if there is a newer version and auto install the newest. This way we can ensure customers get the latest features, bug fixes and security updates. Indeed if the device is offline then it will update next time it became online.

Thanks for quick reply and great news! This is nice to hear as, like I mentioned, the GoTo Assist updates were not as reliable as we would have liked them to be. Everything about GTRe has been an improvement so far and we are looking forward to more!
