Can't renew Hamachi subscription

Hi, I can't renew my Hamachi subscription. I go to  my netwok list, click on the green button "buy Hamachi subscription", and it takes me to the same page, https://secure.logmein.com/Central/Central.aspx 

 

My user email is(removed for privacy -GlennD) . Thanks

    Hi, For some reason, I am not receiving the emails sent to me, and I still have not been able to renew my subscription. Would it be possible to be sent that email to my email address ma.saavedra@gmail.com instead?

    Hi rafa_flores,

     

    I see that support sent you an email on January 13th, it may have gone into your SPAM folder. I will ask them to send it again, please make sure that email from @goto.com is allowed in any spam filters you have.

    Hi Glenn, thanks for your reply. AFAIK I have not received any equote link to be able to renew my subscription.

     

     Can you help?

    rafa_flores I have submitted a support ticket for you and asked that you be sent an eQuote link to help you renew.

    Hi Glenn, 

     

     Thanks for your reply. I already tried that; when I click on the green button at the bottom to purchase, it takes me back to the my networks page (tried with different browsers).

    Hi rafa_flores, welcome to the community.

     

    That is your LogMeIn account page where you can sign in and repurchase.

     

    1. On the My Networks page, click Edit next to the network you want to work with.
      Result: The Edit Network page is displayed.
    2. Select the Subscription tab.
      Your current subscription is selected.
    3. Select a subscription type that you want to use or purchase.
    4. Switch to the selected subscription:  
    • Click Change subscription if you have already purchased the selected subscription
    • Click Buy subscription to purchase a new subscription and follow all instructions
