Add on failed to run?? I keep getting this message when trying to log into my remote pc.

When logging into the pc I'm trying to reach I keep getting an error on the bottom of the screen that syas an add on failed to run? Is this on my pc or the remote pc i'm trying to reach?

    If the problem persists, could you post a screen shot of where you are seeing that message?
