Cannot control host

Administrator of logmein accounts can control accounts but other users cannot control only view.  It was working normal till yesterday.  Suddenly stopped working.  How can we resolve this issue?  we are in latest build  4.1.0.15576

    We deleted users and created again, its working now. Thanks.

    Hi Shameen,

     

    I am checking with Support to see if we have received any similar reports of this with version 4.1.0.15576. We released version 4.1.0.15576 on July 17th, so I would assume you have been using it for a couple of weeks already?
