Connection hanging on verify identity
I have a client that has LogMeIn installed on a PC for remote support. I am trying to connect but it keeps disconnecting at the Verify Identity step. I have followed the steps on previous posts about clearing the certificate cache and the disabling antivirus. It has not helped. I am using the LogMeIn client to connect. Any other ideas? Thanks for your help!!!!
