Hi kgdmom,
You will want to remove the computer from your account and then go through adding it again on your new Windows installation:
- Go to www.LogMeIn.com.
- Log in to your account using your LogMeIn ID (email address) and password.
The Computers page is displayed. - You can delete computers in bulk or individually.
- Delete multiple:
- On the Computers page, change the computer view to Detail View.
- Click the checkbox for each computer you want to delete.
- Click the Delete icon above the computer list and confirm deletion.
- Delete individually:
- On the Computers page, click Properties > General Settings for the computer you want to delete.
- Click Delete this computer.
- Delete multiple:
Once you have done this, click on Add Computer on your Computers page and complete the install process.- SUEH1New Member
Hi GlennD,
I went throught the provess you described below as I had the same problem and it fixed it, however although it tells me I have 1 seat left, when I try to add my current computer again it says I have to upgrade. Are you able to help at all?
