Inventory report shows multiple of each system
Attempting to cleanup company's inventory in logmein, and whenever I export the inventory report it shows anywhere from 5-10 of the same machine. I would like a report that only shows me exactly what is registered on our account, any advice?
Found the solution, posting in case anyone else runs in to this. Instead of using the Inventory tab to export the report, I used the report viewer tool in the Hardware Inventory Category and Viewed the Service tag report. This displayed the report correctly without duplicates.
